Shipping policy

All packages are processed for shipping within 1-4 business days unless it is a pre-ordered. Pre-orders ship within 3-4 weeks Delays are not the responsibility of Cozy Craft. All separate orders will be shipped individually and cannot be combined, even if the purchaser has made both orders.
